Tony: So how did you first hear about Cashier Live?
Randee: I was researching point of sale systems online and stumbled upon the Cashier Live website.
Tony: When you were you looking for a point of sale system, what was important?
Randee: I was looking for something simple, affordable and easy to get set up. Space is really limited at my store, so I didn’t need a big honking system.
Tony: Was Cashier Live easy to set up? How long did it take you to get up and running?
Randee: It took me less than 5 minutes to start running some test transactions through the system. Doing inventory took a little longer, but that is a given. But overall, it took me less than a day to use all the functionality of Cashier Live. Tom himself made sure everything was up and running for me.
Tony: After looking around at other options, why did you choose Cashier Live?
Randee: The user interface was the first thing that caught my eye. The interface just seemed the most polished and easy to use. Also when I called, there was an actual person there to answer all my questions. Affordability was key too, I was able to use my own laptop and bought all my hardware off of Craigslist which helped me cut costs.
Tony: How has using Cashier Live benefited you as a small business owner?
Randee: As a small business owner, pennies, nickels and dimes are critical. With the reporting the system provides, I am able to adjust my inventory on the fly and see what I need month to month as well as see trends in my store. Cashier Live has automated and streamlined my business so I can connect better with my customers. Something that would have taken me hours to do now only takes a click of a button.
It also allowed me to focus on the people and not paper. Cashier Live is also flexible and constantly developing towards my needs. I have spoken with the folks at Cashier Live and they have been wonderful. They have implemented many of my suggestions and continue to listen to all my questions and needs.
